Our city water is gross. I have a fridge with an ice maker and water dispenser I did not use because of our water quality. I had this hooked up and going in less than 30 minutes.Easy setup but it is extremely noisy when working. If you don't mind the noise, then you will enjoy it.This pump is perfect for my needs. It is not quiet by any means but I’m fine with that.Installs quickly and easily. Took maybe an hour including the recommended sanitation process.This house is on a well and the water pressure is very inconsistent so sometimes only enough water to make two or three ice cubes would flow into the icemaker. Getting a glass of chilled water was out of the question.Not anymore! This pump turns on and delivers an icemaker full of water in the 4 or 5 seconds the valve is open. A cup of water takes about nine seconds. It does make some noise when it turns on, but it is only on for five seconds or less when filling the icemaker. Had no issue with the refrigerator's water filter causing it not to work right. For the record I did install a brand new filter before turning this pump on for the first time.Purchased to be able to hook up the ice maker and water filter in a new refrigerator in our barn that has no water source. Just what we needed. Husband said it was relatively easy to hook up, straight forward instructions. Bought a 5 gallon bottle of water that we can refill at minimum cost (or just refill from our faucet). We now have cubed/crushed ice and filtered water from the door dispenser! Having the extra icemaker will sure come in handy when we have guests over. Might not have to buy bagged ice anymore.Too noisy but worksI have mine hooked up to dispense through the refrigerator. The pump does make noise when dispensing water, but not too bad. I am really satisfied with this purchase and works well since I switched from buying individual bottled waters to having the 5 gallon water delivery.Me agrado mucho.Un poco complicado de armar si no tienes idea, tuvimos que buscar vídeos en internet.funciona correctamente pero hace demasiado ruido a comparación de otros equipos que he tenido.Gracias a esta bombita ya puedo beber agua potable y tener hielo sin necesidad de estar conectada a la tubería potableFunciona muy bien!
