I used this coat during this year’s cold and wet spring. Kept me warm and mostly dry in many hours out in the weather. I also plan to use it fishing on colder and wet summer fishing trips and most of the fall. I like this coat so far. I have gotten much use out of it and it still looks new still.I have two of these Rogue Fleece Hoodys and love them. Warm, windproof and almost waterproof. My wife starting wearing one of mine but it totally swallowed her. So, for Mother's Day, she got her own. Family now has three jackets--that's a strong recommendation!Very light weight but very comfortable, I found it on here for a steal for a price as well so I couldn’t pass it up. I might even buy a second I like it so much. Just a little long in the sleeves but I’m short. Would recommendI caught my first Simms jacket while fishing in the ICW. I hooked it and pulled it in the boat. It was I the water long enough to have growth on it. I washed it a coupon times and started wearing! I ordered this one a couple months later to have a different designI needed a hooded fishing jacket for cooler, windier weather. I own several other Simms products, so I knew I could rely on them for a quality jacket.I love this jacket. It's been my go to jacket when it's cool and wet. I haven't tested it for longer periods of wet weather, but it gets me from my car to indoors with no problems. Also, this jacket is very comfortable, you can wear it all day and it really keeps an even comfortable inside temperature. I've worn it from 29 - 65 degrees F and I don't get too hot or cold. Also, great jacket if you like to layer as well.Love this lightweight jacket for kayak fishingComfortable, good fit, looks good. Haven't worn in the rain yet, but friends have Rogue hoods that they say are dry.
