The set is good. One complaint is that the zipper on the pants broke the very first time my son wore them. He got them at Christmas so way past return time so just going to deal with it. Hoping that the quality of the jacket zipper is better! This is my first ever Amazon review after buying 100’s of products off this site, never would’ve expected to buy hunting gear off Amazon until yesterday I tore my light weight jacket in the thick jaggers and it was time for new, just took a chance on this set and I’m here to tell you this is impressive… for the money this stuff is surprisingly quality built and would be the equivalent to a $300+ set. I’m a 33 waste and 34 length I ordered large and the pants fit perfect, the jacket also fits perfect but the sleeves are a little bulky not a problem for me tho. I will recommend this set to anyone that I know! 5 stars 2 thumbs up!This is a nice set especially given the price point. If it's true to size the large the large fit my 5' 10 200 pound husband comfortably, with his layers as well. Material is light and not the kind that burrs stick to.. We'll see how it holds up through deer seasonMy husband wore this in the snow and it kept him dry and warm, would recommend! This set is a really good value for all you get considering the price. If you want to outfit your kid for his/her first hunting trip and not sure they are going to like it (so don't want to spend big bucks on high end gear) this is a great option. For a serious hunter, it really depends on your budget - if you have a limited budget, then this is a really good value. The fit is a bit boxy, though true to size (I got a medium and I am 5' 10" and 160 lbs with a 32" waist). The material is reasonably quiet though I'm not sure I would trust it on a stalking bow hunt. I'd say it is more oriented toward still sitting in a blind or tree stand, and for that the general cut and fit don't matter as much. I would not want to go elk or sheep hunting in this outfit - the boxy fit means a lot excess fabric that bunches up around your elbows, knees, armpits, etc. There also isn't really any way to vent under a lot of activity (no armpit vents, etc). But I don't think that is what this outfit is designed for.Bottom line, if you're looking for some cool weather gear where you will be sitting in a tree stand or a blind and not hiking for miles wearing a pack, then I think this ensemble represents a very good value. It's large enough for me to wear with layers even I'm the 30 deg F range and be warm. Without layers certainly 50s. Repells water. Soft and comfortable on the inside. I didn't use the face part but everything else. Comes with a great off season storage zippered camo bag to keep in the closet or even your gun safe if you have room.Definitely a good purchase I'm happy to recommend. It's a decent starter set, although I think they could lose the cursive blaze orange logo on the jacket chest. For one, the pattern I ordered is the 3rd Generation Camo Reeds and is being used for waterfowl hunting. Not looking for anything blaze orange on me for that type of hunting. And even if I was, that little bit of writing on the chest in cursive isn't going to do me much good. The fancy font just doesn't look right on hunting clothing, and it's right on the front of the jacket. I have a feeling they'd sell a lot more of these sets to people looking at just getting into hunting and needing a budget priced set, if they just took the big orange logo off the chest.Seems like a good hunting outfit. I have wore it out a couple times and it is pretty quiet. This is good for anything around 35 and above. Anything below that and you definitely will need to wear some base layers. If it’s late season and it’s super cold at 15 degrees and lower then I would definitely pick something else to wear out because this is not a super warm outfit.
